Coya J. Smith is the Managing Broker and Broker-Owner of Smith Partners & Associates, bringing nearly four decades of real estate experience, leadership, and an exceptional understanding of the western suburbs and greater Chicagoland market. Known for her extensive knowledge of real estate regulations, market trends, and negotiation, Coya provides buyers, sellers, and her agents with experienced guidance through every type of market.

Coya and her team specialize in preparing homes for sale to achieve the strongest possible results. She personally counsels each seller and develops a customized strategy that combines expert staging, thoughtful property preparation, professional photography, targeted marketing, and skilled negotiation. Through a trusted network of professionals for repairs, packing, moving, staging, and other services, Coya helps make the selling process as seamless as possible while presenting each property at its very best.

Coya began her real estate career in 1987 with Coldwell Banker in La Grange, where she was named Rookie of the Year. She later spent more than 12 years as a top-producing RE/MAX agent before establishing her own independent brokerage. She subsequently acquired RE/MAX Properties, located in the community where she grew up, raised her son, and built much of her career.

After years of successful brokerage ownership and leadership, Coya has now brought her business back to its independent roots with Smith Partners & Associates—the brokerage she originally established. This return represents a renewed focus on personalized service, local expertise, agent development, and the high professional standards that have defined her career.

Today, Smith Partners & Associates serves clients throughout the western suburbs and Chicagoland with an experienced team committed to exceptional service and results.
